Howard Finch
Director

Howard has enjoyed a varied and successful career in the financial services industry since 1993, involving advisory, business development and senior management positions for firms including Standard Life, Frizzell, MX Financial Solutions, Aitchison & Colegrave, John Scott & Partners and Towry Law.

Prior to establishing ZLS, Howard was the Corporate Manager for Towry Law leading the three practices in the North region. He managed and delivered successful fee based employee benefit consultancy for 7 years to the SME corporate market.

His responsibilities included leading revenue generation, business development, service development/delivery and effective client management. He has a proven record in development of new clients and professional introducers, generating fee based consultancy work and transitioning commission based clients to fees.

Howard is MBA qualified. He has also attained a business honours degree and numerous technical industry based qualifications.

Outside work

When he does get time off, Howard enjoys time with his family and pursues his interests in tennis, badminton, golf and cycling
